I love these headphones so why 2 stars? Because they are breaking at an alarming rate. I bought these headphones 3 times for myself and 2 times for my wife. The main reason I bought them is that they are the only headphones I can wear lying on my side to bed, all the other headphones are also large and squished in the ear canals. These are by far the best headphones I've used for sleeping. Earphones help me sleep because I can listen to soothing sounds, audiobooks, or music while blocking out most outside noise. I received these headphones a few days ago even though my old iPod didn't have a volume control. I really didn't care because when I use them to sleep I set the volume down to a low comfortable level and don't really have to deal with the volume.
