Brightening up my Home

I recently purchased a set of dimmable halogen bulbs for my home and I have to say they work wonders. After I put them to the test, I noticed a significant increase in the amount of light being emitted by my lamps. They're easy to install and have a longer lifespan than traditional bulbs. The only con is that they do use more energy. Overall, I would recommend these bulbs to anyone looking for a brighter home. A great addition to my Tools and Home Improvement collection!

Pros
  • Produces bright white light with dimmable options.
Cons
  • May cause eye strain or discomfort for some users due to high lumens output.

Nice bright lightbulb. suitable for incandescent lamps

Nice and bright. The color temperature is also very accurate. The only problem is that the toggle switch dimming didn't work on my new Broan range hood, those bulbs flickered in unison. Okay, I just use it on top.

Pros
  • Consumes 7 W of power, equivalent to a standard 50 watt light bulb
Cons
  • No automatic

Wow, much brighter replacement bulb

Just installed one and was pleasantly surprised at its brightness. I don't really trust watts or even advertised lumens so I was surprised. Note that for general purpose applications this LED may be too bright to view for more than a second.

Pros
  • ETL approved, lasts up to 25,000 hours, runs on 120v
Cons
  • I'll add later
