They are great and I am buying another

I have finally found the LED bulbs I have been looking for for the past 7 years. Not only are they bright, but the color/quality of the light they put out is remarkable. The color rendering index (CRI) for them is 90, which is about as much as you can get at this price point. I would be wary of buying lamps that don't have a CRI. As a result, there is no greenish or other color cast and the wall color looks as good as you imagined when you first selected it.

Pros
  • 3000K Warm White with 90 CRI for true color reproduction. This dimmable bulb makes it easy to choose the right lighting for your needs and saves you over $250 in electricity and bulb replacement costs.
Cons
  • piggy bank price

Excellent lamps. I've installed a few of these in standard two-bulb fixtures with motion sensors. The lights actually turn on and off, gradually increasing or decreasing the light, so technically they're dimmers, and these LED bulbs do a great job - no flickering or weird behavior. They are all installed under the eaves and the bulbs point slightly down, but no leaking bulbs or condensation issues after a few months of Michigan humidity. All in all great lights from a quality company and at a…

Pros
  • This 40 degree spotlight has a standard E26 base, making it easy to screw into existing home installations.
Cons
  • boring packaging

Narrower beam than advertised

I really wanted to like these lamps but they look terrible in our large living room. The color of the light corresponds to the declared 3000k, but the beam is already declared at 40 degrees. They also have a slightly shorter length than a standard lamp, which allows them to sit lower in the bank. These two factors mean that they cast a relatively narrow cone of light that doesn't fill the walls and corners of our room. got the glasses fixed and didn't want to quit all the work. Bottom line: if…
