👁️ Get Noticeably Volumized Lashes with Maybelline Washable Mascara in Blackest Shade Review

I use very little makeup but mascara is a must. (My natural strawberry blonde lashes look difficult.) I like big brushes and easy application. My favorite product is easily five times the price of this one and is currently out of my budget. I was delighted to find my favorite color in this mascara. I wouldn't use any other brand. It's not waterproof, but at least it doesn't run down my cheeks when I cry! However, it is easy to use without losing eyelashes. As I expected, the delivery was very fast. Many Thanks.

I wear glasses and as much as I love eye makeup I have to be selective. The Maybelline Washable has been around for years and is what I used when I was new to makeup. Unfortunately I now have to use the waterproof version to keep my eyes from watering and smudging (I think most of the eye irritation in both the washable and waterproof versions is due to the large applicator). As a professional makeup artist, it's important to me to have a great mascara that works well with disposable brushes, lasts really long and is waterproof. I've been using Great Lash for about 9 years now and although I've tried other mascaras I never go back to the old ones! Waterproof mascara is also great for lashes that just won't hold. I suggest curling the lashes and then applying one coat, then curling again and another coat. Should last MUCH longer!

This is one of my favorite mascaras! There is great length without being too chunky. Works wonders on my lashes. I also applied it to my eyebrows but it didn't work very well on my eyebrows. I am now using Hairgenics Blissful Brows - Long Lasting One Step Fiber Tinted Brow Gel for Thick and Thick Brows on my brows and in about 5 minutes my brows look perfect, it's the perfect complement to this mascara!

Well after using this mix for a few months I only have one small complaint - it's still so wet. It blends into my upper and lower eyelids like crazy. The weight of moisture pulls back my curled lashes. To fix this, I first use L'oreal Eyelash Primer. Then it's magic - while it's still transferring I just apply/dry, apply/dry, upper and then lower lashes. It applies well, nice and black, does not crumble during the day, lengthens the eyelashes. I love this product despite its small downside.
