Very disappointed with the product - not green and removable, but white and glued permanently. Not what I expected and it took 11 days longer than promised.

The rag that was attached to the handle with glue. So I don't know how to get the replacement pads to stick to the pen without buying glue. I've had similar products where the grip is strong enough to stick to a cleaning pad without glue. It wasn't what I had in mind.

I've been buying these cleaning pads for 3 years now. However, my last order took forever to arrive and the worst parts are not the same as before. I should have gotten the scraper holders in green instead of white and the pads are stuck forever. I downgraded every review from 5 to 1 and it should have gotten zero. I am very disappointed and will not buy this product again.

A fair assessment of the subject can be misleading. The cleaning pad attached to the handle is attached with hot melt adhesive. Due to the way the product is marketed I was quite under the impression that after the first pad wore out I could replace it with any of the three pads that came in the pack. The overlay can only be glued with a hot glue gun. If I had known that, I would have bought something else.

Let me first say this is amazing. We've had soap scum and hard water stains on our shower door for years. I tried every mix and remedy I could find and nothing, I mean nothing left even a trace. The stuff worked great, the shower door looks brand new and now I'm working on the shower tile. It takes a little work, but the results are worth it. I gave some to my dad who was having the same problem with his shower door, he couldn't believe the results. Did a great job with the sink and toilet too.
