Slightly more expensive but worth the money. I use mine for sewing leather. After half a dozen scabbards, the brass inserts held up very well. They feel sturdy in your hands and I expect they will hold up for quite a while.

Bought these pliers to make pulling needles easier for sewing leather. These pliers have a brass handle and a very flat and parallel grip. My needle stays very smooth and doesn't smudge. Recommend these piers if you want a durable, scratch-free grip.
