'Montmorillonite Clay' is a geological nomenclature term and 'French Green Clay' is a common English term for a very soft phyllosilicate group of minerals. This type of Smectite Clay was first discovered from Montmorillonite region of France. Hence, it is known as 'Montmorillonite Clay' or 'French Green Clay.' Our French Green Clay is Mined from Gulf of Cambay, western India and the Kutch Region of India. Made in India. Our Clay is mined from two sources - 1) Near Gulf of Cambay, Western India and 2) the mountainous parts of Kutch in western India. French green clay is highly recommended for oily skin as it will remove excessive oil and toxins from the pores of the skin. MB Herbals French Green clay is 100% pure, untreated clay, with a beautiful light green colour and soft texture. It is highly absorbent and has potent properties of absorbing toxins from the skin. FACE MASK: Mix MB Herbals French Green Clay with Rose Water to form a thin paste. Apply the paste to the skin and allow it to dry on skin for 15 - 20 minutes. Rinse with luke warm water. You may also add Neem Powder, and Turmeric Powder for skin nourishment. FACE SCRUB:Mix 1 Tablesoon of MB Herbals French Green Clay with 1 Tablespoon of Walnut Shell Powder and Apple Cider Vinegar to form a paste. Massage into the face to exfoliate for 2 minutes. Leave for another 2 to 3 minutes and then rinse the face with luke warm water. Pack Size: 227 Gram (Equivalent to 8 oz or 0.5 lb). Our Packing has changed. great for my skin in Ceramics & Pottery

Great for my skin. The breakouts are much less noticeable. Pimples are reduced and disappear completely. I mix with vinegar and water. Then apply vitamin C serum and moisturizer.

Best Quality for Ceramics and Pottery

This is the best sound quality I have ever bought. I use a lot of clay in soap and mask recipes and this clay looks so rich and velvety. I mixed it with honey and pink hydrosol and applied it on my face, after that my face got so clean. I will buy again

To be honest I'm not sure if this is real green clay but it definitely works.

I have been using green clay for years and this brand is different from maybe 10-15 others I have tried. Still works but the green color seems to be dye or some kind of additive. Maybe it's kaolin, freshly dyed green. Still good value for money and works great on my skin and hair - just noticeably different than any other French green clay I've used.

Makes my skin glow

Of all the clays for making masks, this one is definitely on my list of favourites. It deeply cleanses and tightens the pores and makes my skin glow. This mask does not dry out the skin and does not cause irritation like some clays. I actually find it does a good job of removing dry dead skin and my moisturizer penetrates my skin better. changes from green to white.

Very Strange Clay

sound is very strange. I have bought two different types of clay from this brand and both are unsatisfactory. First, they color your skin! Even after washing your face with soap, a light clay tone remains on the skin. This has never happened to me with any other tone. It also behaves very strangely on the skin, is very difficult to remove and does not dissolve sebum on the skin, it just sticks like glue and you have to use a lot of soap to remove this residue from your skin.
