Used this product about 4 times, it's breathable, "dry fit", overall pretty good quality. It's a bit hard to take off when you're wet/sweaty, but that's to be expected from the material. The padding seems to be sufficient. Wash cold and air dry, don't think it will do well in the dryer.

I bought this for my husband based on several reviews of this and similar products. It seemed like a lot of the reviews were too good to be true, but he really needed a rib protector to play basketball at the sports center. He's worn it three times already and has nothing but good things to say about it. It's surprisingly durable and offers excellent protection from the usual rough play of paint. He said it really took him a few hours to get used to it, but he's glad I have it.

Bought this for my son to wear to high school basketball. He bruised his ribs during football season. His injury becomes manageable, then he takes another shot in the ribs and is back in recovery mode. This shirt did it. He has made a full recovery and is still wearing the jersey during matches. This helped reduce the small nagging injuries he gets while playing by 5. I only gave this one 4 stars because I feel it would be better if the pads covered the rib cage closer to the sternum.

Probably could fit a small but will be snug so might be difficult to put on and take off.
