All four packs arrived complete with rust in sealed packages

All four packs I have purchased arrived in sealed packages with any rust whatsoever. My husband looked at them and said they were all rusting on the inside of the threads hence the rust on the outside of the nuts. So if you are looking for rust, buy these. :(

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Protect your cleats with these grommets

Grommets look nice on my trailer, hope to see them one last time. The whole trailer has just been serviced, all rusty parts removed, but they put open cheap grommets on it! The trailer sits two blocks from the ocean, let's see how long they last and update. Put a pea sized amount in the jam nut and slide it on, hopefully this will prevent rusting. I bought five 4 packs instead of the recommended 10 packs and saved a few bucks.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Protection

The Ones You Need: Accessories and Parts

These are beautiful well made nuts. The quality is top notch - these solid steel body nuts are a lot better than the steel wrap around the hex nut found on most vehicles. They hold up well over time, will not rust and the chrome finish will not chip or chip when you use reasonable care to tighten or loosen them with a wrench. You can even hold an impact wrench well, but I recommend using a torque wrench to torque all fasteners evenly and more accurately.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Worth the Price: Ring Nuts and Accessories

This was the third style of aftermarket nuts I bought for my Jeep TJ to replace those stupid standard chrome bushed nuts that slip off after a few uses. These are by far the best. I haven't cut any threads since I got them and the chrome still shines almost 4 years later. The other two aftermarket cleats I tried just didn't hold up. I just bought WK and it will be one of my first upgrades. It's worth it. If you need new nuts, don't waste your time on something else.

Pros
  • Best in the Niche
Cons
  • Cleanliness

Very good! suitable for nuts

It's hard to admire nuts, but how good they are. I bought these for my Jeep Wrangler. They stick out a little more than the OEMs they replace, but that's not a bad thing. They are MUCH better made than the originals. These nuts are strong and have a very nice chrome finish whereas the OEM nuts were nothing more than a nut with a hollow chrome acorn plating that broke after being tightened by an aggressive mechanic. Nobody else will notice them on your car, but that just means they do what…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

Better than the stock factory nuts

I have a 2011 Mustang that had the cheap stock nuts which are ridiculous steel core construction with a stainless steel cap. I just bought new tires and when I got home I replaced the worn factory nuts with these quality solid nuts. I strongly recommend that if you have a car (Ford and other brands) with steel cap nuts that you ditch them and buy a set of McGard solid metal nuts. Yes, they have chrome or some other finish, but the nut is all steel, no stupid outer cap. I also installed a McGard

Pros
  • , good thing
