I have a 2011 Mustang that had the cheap stock nuts which are ridiculous steel core construction with a stainless steel cap. I just bought new tires and when I got home I replaced the worn factory nuts with these quality solid nuts. I strongly recommend that if you have a car (Ford and other brands) with steel cap nuts that you ditch them and buy a set of McGard solid metal nuts. Yes, they have chrome or some other finish, but the nut is all steel, no stupid outer cap. I also installed a McGard lock nut. Why risk a scumbag wanting to steal your wheels and tires damaging other parts of your car and leaving you stranded. Locknuts are cheap insurance. I agree with my review, the best review ever.
