I bought this because I'm pretty rough on my stuff and I've already scratched my new laptop so thought it might be worth a try. It snaps right into my computer, it's just plastic. So if I drop it I'm pretty sure my laptop won't be protected, but that's not why I bought it. It does not protect your laptop from falls and more serious injuries. I just received my bag. It was quick delivery. I received it earlier than expected. I have the color of the sea wave and I just love this color. When I take these shots, I know my room is too dark to get good lighting. It has a greenish tint in the photos, but it is a beautiful sea green. Got addicted very easily. I don't think they are built to withstand drops etc but they will keep a white Chromebook clean.

The only criticism of this case is that it easily collects fingerprints. The quality of the plastic also seems a bit cheap. However, it appears to be very durable. I've been using it for about 3 months now and it keeps my Acer Chromebook in perfect condition. The fit is excellent. Once installed, it stays in place and won't come loose easily. All in all, this is a good investment. The Chromebook has grown on me and I hope it will look new for many years to come.

Looks great! The only issue I have is the sharp edges of the case. If, like me, you often look at your laptop in bed or on your lap, be aware that the edges are sharp and will cut/annoy you from time to time. I've already cut my forearm and leg, but again, that's only a problem if you use your laptop in bed or on your lap a lot.
