Love how well the pump foamed for 16 days until it broke into pieces! I was so excited to finally find a refillable foam soap dispenser I liked and then it happened. I'm sending it back for a replacement, hoping it was just an accident. If it hadn't broke I would have given 5 stars. The foam is really great.

I liked the bottles, but one of the foam dispensers stopped foaming after only 2 weeks. I thought it might be an accident and contacted the manufacturer to have the head replaced. They asked for photos of the unit for evaluation but as there is no external damage or differences from the working unit the photos do not help determine the problem so I am returning it. Hopefully they bring it back to study and fix the issue in future releases.

I really liked her when I got her. They worked really well and lathered up just like they should. I bought them in March and now that the return period has passed I noticed that the lids cracked when filling. The base is made of aluminum and the lid is made of plastic. I might find out if I screwed the lids on too tight, but I've always tried not to. So I don't know why they ripped. I don't think I can recommend them given the situation. I'll have to look for others made of better materials.
