So when we opened the package it looked like someone had already assembled some parts and most of the parts were broken or completely missing. In the end we sent it back.

Good design and easy assembly. However, metal is extremely cheap, and the bolts deform the frame when tightened. Also, for some reason, the connecting pipes turned out to be rusted in advance. Great for something that will hold wet items and be around moisture. The stand hasn't been fully welded, so there's a gap to collect water, and the frame is slightly non-rectangular.

This product was very easy to install and strong after assembling. I only wish the bar was a foot or two higher. When a bath towel (not a hand towel) is folded in half lengthwise and then placed on the back of the hanger, there is plenty of room. When the same towel is placed on the A pillar, it touches the floor. I think this stand could work if you don't have very long bath towels and are using a stand for a bath towel and hand towel.

Includes 3 parts: base and 2 holders. Assembly was very easy, the screws came with a hex socket. The black looked beautiful and matched the other black pieces in the bathroom. The packaging could be improved as my item had a few small scuffs on the edges where the black had chipped off but overall looks good. The weight is light but heavy enough to hold a large bath towel. All in all a good buy for the price.

Like some other reviewers I found it to be sufficient to hold some light blankets but time will tell how long that lasts. I'm pretty sure my unit was also used and returned as I found a few scratches that didn't match its poor packaging. It's easy to set up and looks great in a corner sitting still and covered with blankets. If I could find another modern rack at a reasonable price I'd probably be happier going down that route.

I am amazed at how flimsy the packaging is and I am pleasantly surprised that all the small parts and hardware (loose in a flimsy box) actually arrived as 3 large pieces. The best packaging certainly cannot cost that much. However, assembly is very simple and the included screws are easy to install with the Allen key provided. The packaging of this product is rather poor. Just put it in a box with a cardboard divider between the pieces. The first one we ordered came with the box in tatters and missing parts. Those that were inside were rubbed and bent. Tried it again and this one worked fine. The paint on the screws is thin and stained. And there were dark stains on a few frames that soap and water didn't remove. Doesn't look very good. And the corners of the studs aren't fully soldered so you can see the crack where
