How to download tivimate companion

I am using tivimate iptv and want to download tivimate companion. I tried downloading and can't be very disappointed. I am considering returning it unless someone tells me how to do it.

Pros: Excellent video quality on Amazon prime.hbo max uhd is not supported, the image turns pinkish-greenish. When streaming videos, the app's scrolling response is much slower than the Samsung TV's built-in Tizen software. When you try to change the default HDMI setting to other available settings it crashes so badly and can't be used until you don't go back to default, I've emailed the box company. I think it's been 4 days now of the problems I'm getting but still no reply from them so there…

Where is Netflix? in the TV & Video category

All in all a great TV box, Android TV certified but no access to Netflix which is a very big downside, killer in fact. I had to buy a new TV box that could install all the apps.

Good AndroidTV box with LOTS of storage

I have a FireTV (2nd Gen) and a Xaomi Mi Box. I'm happy with these two boxes, but I'm tired of running out of space (8GB). So I decided to try this one. Works perfectly. 64GB of storage! Yes! The lack of native Netflix is a bummer, but it's downloadable. What I hate the most is the power cord. Too short! I think it's 4 by 4 and 1/2 feet long. Should be at least a foot longer. 6 meters would be better. Other than that, I'm very happy with this box so far.
