Pros: Excellent video quality on Amazon prime.hbo max uhd is not supported, the image turns pinkish-greenish. When streaming videos, the app's scrolling response is much slower than the Samsung TV's built-in Tizen software. When you try to change the default HDMI setting to other available settings it crashes so badly and can't be used until you don't go back to default, I've emailed the box company. I think it's been 4 days now of the problems I'm getting but still no reply from them so there seems to be NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. wouldn't recommend that. Update March 1, 2021 still no response from support, it's been almost two weeks. Looking at an HBO Max box today, the colors turned greenish, I tried resetting the picture settings on the nbox and TV, and also replacing the HDMI cable with an even better 4k certified HDMI cable that I have , but still does not help it get rid of tint of colors, I think this box is coming back.
