Designed as a reservoir for computer accessories and peripherals

I need a coiled USB cable to use on my desk. Several times a day I connect a USB device, e.g. B. one of several digital cameras, my smartphone, tablet, my pocket hard drive or other accessories. I do this so often that I keep a small USB hub on my desk, one on top and four in the back, and I'm used to plugging my devices into it. The problem is that when I was done, I unplugged the USB cable and plugged it somewhere and had to look for it again next time. Now I plug this coiled cable into one…

A strong surface hides systemic defects of conductors: warranty period?

The resulting cable had not one, but two wonderfully hidden defects that worked for a few weeks, then occasionally failed, eventually rendering the cable unusable. The return period has of course expired. At autopsy I found a clean break, no fatigue, on two power cords, red on one end, black on the other. The break occurred within the inner liner, foil wrap, woven screen, outer liner and mold. The gap practically fell apart when I stripped the wire. I checked the voltage on the other power wire

Pros
  • Cables and Connections
Cons
  • Low Repairability

Premium Cable - Update January 13, 2014

I would give this product 10 stars if I could. Incredible quality from the moment you take it out of the box. Nothing flimsy or crappy here. Solidly built from the cable to the strain reliefs and the connectors themselves. Mediabridge - Please manufacture this coiled cable in a standard USB male to female configuration. And in iPhone connectors - both new and old style. YOU'RE WELCOME! Advice to my fellow Revain buyers - spend a few bucks more and buy this cable. He's worth his money. UPDATE…
