I need this for a lymphatic tumor in my abdomen. I was measured twice! The measurement of this product is incorrect. I was supposed to be over 8 inches over the listed size and it doesn't fit! Shipping was the best part of this purchase!

I bought two of these for my son in law who is in rehab. They seemed good but when my sister installed one it fell apart. She only told me that yesterday when I visited her. She informed me that she had bought a different brand and model that works well.

The one I liked. discontinued. These are much thinner. I've had one on my right thigh 24/7 to control swelling from a graft that covers most of my inner thigh. It can be easily doubled in size without restrictions. Medline ABD does not provide strong elastic fixation.

A nail or ring misaligned or caught once or twice when tightening and the part connecting the plates is torn into pieces leaving a gaping hole. I've been wearing these types of ties for a while and it's not something I would invest in if you need it to hold more than a pair of socks. I think mine was torn within 3 socks. Good quality elastic band but wrong design.

As the product uses velcro it is important to ensure that the fabric under the velcro is covered with fabric. For this topic it is not. Currently I can't use it because the hard plastic of the Velcro digs into the skin no matter how I tighten the binding. When I change the attachment of the binding, it pulls on the clothes and may tear the shirt as well. Just didn't put it together well.

due to multiple abdominal surgeries my husband has to wear a splint/belt all the time. He got them from VA but the quality got so bad I decided to order some for him. I wish I had done this 2 years ago. These straps are so comfortable - he mentions it almost every day. They fit snug but have some movement due to the seams between sections. They are soft on the skin and very customizable. I hand wash them and line dry them like I always do with this binder.
