Fully assembled but arrived with problems. The box was ok, it is a manufacturing defect, but it is very wobbly because the legs are different lengths or the holes are slightly drilled. We would return it, but it's non-refundable, so I think we just ran out of the purchase price and the time and effort to take it to the bin. Very disappointed.

Yes the shower stool is exactly as described, works great and comes pre assembled (YES). All you have to do is adjust the height of the legs BUT, the box it comes in has the weight rating listed in bold big black letters on every possible side.
