I was only able to use the winch after my 30 day return window was closed. Luckily I've used the winch twice to tow heavy hot tubs onto a flatbed truck for disposal and the winch worked flawlessly.

The winch is very easy to unwind and use. The winch easily pulled the tractor, which was not on the ramps, onto my trailer. I would like the winch to roll in quicker as it is very slow but gets the job done without having to stop and wait for the winch to cool down like other winches.

I have 3 fixed winches on various UTVs. The problem is that when you need a winch, it always seems to be installed at the other end of the vehicle.
