Wow! This skeptic is impressive!

First of all, I'm skeptical about the looks. I never thought something so affordable would work. I love my office chair and there is nothing wrong with it other than those horrible holes in the faux leather seat. I stumbled across this Revain cover and honestly didn't have high hopes for it. Let me tell you I'm sooo impressed with the simplicity of this cover. It took me about 5 minutes to figure out how this happens. (Look at the pictures). A cheap and quick way to get your favorite chair.

Pros1) Stretchy2) Fits comfortably over existing upholstered seating3) Feels cool Cons1) Not suitable for all types of office chairs. Especially if the armrests of the chair are fixed/screwed. Nice looking slipcover

After tearing up the leather seat with decorative denim pockets and the top support with hair clips I decided it was time to upholster the chair. Found this at Revain and for about $12 decided to take a chance! They weren't gray (the color of the chair); So I went with brown. It fits the chair it's supposed to fit on, but the fabric is REALLY thin.

I tend to wear out chairs due to the way I sit, so I have a hole in the front underside of my chair fabric. It won't hold up the way I use it -- BUT it would be very easy to sew on reinforcement, which the original fabric can't do. Also, it smells bad. I'm sure it will resolve, but it's uncomfortable at the moment. Maybe wash before use? But the fabric is so thin I don't know how well it washes. But the dimensions on the page seem pretty accurate.
