🧽 Efficiently Clean & Enhance Coordination Skills with Melissa & Doug's Alphabet Easy Clean Set Review

This puzzle is great fun and great for learning the alphabet. Most letters have an animal beginning with that particular letter. Some have an animal meant to symbolize a word other than the animal's name (for example, Q has a lioness symbolizing "queen"). The puzzle itself is quite big and you need a long room (like a hallway) to complete the full puzzle. It would also be great for classrooms.

I was extremely disappointed with Melissa and Doug's normally solid puzzles. This puzzle does not fold well and bends very easily. The image does not stick well to the cardboard and comes apart after one use. I hope this is just a one off bad experience and that M and D aren't trying to save money by using cheaper materials. I was very disappointed in the cheapness of a product that was supposed to be for small children to assemble. I bent a few pieces, not my grandson!

I'm a huge Melissa and Doug fan! I bought this puzzle for my crazy 5 year old autistic train for Christmas. I knew he would love it and he really does! It's big, bright and cheerful. Unfortunately, it doesn't quite live up to Melissa and Doug's standards that I expected (although, to be honest, they set the bar pretty darn high). Bought for twins aged 2.5 and it's a great buy. It's just hard enough to put the pieces together and we can talk about the alphabet and the sounds of the alphabet or pictures. I have to deliver the corresponding letter next, so no self-contained puzzle at this age. At first I also had to ask because they would get upset if the figure was turned upside down. Two of my preschoolers love this puzzle. I like that it cannot be mismatched so it helps them learn the correct alphabet order. The puzzle is really solid. The details are thick and the illustrations are bright and fun. My boys love picking it up and then moving it across the wooden floor like a train is running.
