Honestly I don't understand why everyone is complaining about this product? This is a cheap design but not meant to be carried around, thrown, pulled out and whatnot. This is a cheap, basic, all-in-one desktop reader. You plug it into your computer, put it on the table and let it rest. . Be careful with the cards you put in there and they won't break.
