Useful for workshop work

This is a useful product that focuses more on production than service and repair. It's not hard enough to ride in a utility vehicle's toolbox without crouching.

Pros
  • Reusable
Cons
  • Discontinued

Outstanding Product

Works great on Schedule 40 2-3/8 pipe. Speeds up the cutting process of saddles, 90's, 45's and 22-1/2 degrees. Much faster than pipe winding. The spring-loaded clip keeps it right where you put it.

Pros
  • Precise corner slots create accurate marks for professional results
Cons
  • So-so

Good product, the only one on the market but weak

We put this in the back of our quad, someone put a haystack on it, it was badly bent and deformed. Assume it's something fragile and you'll be fine. Treat it like a farm implement and you will be disappointed.

Pros
  • Made from 16 GA. Epoxy coated steel for durability and strength
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

I wish I had bought one sooner.

I bought this to cut 4" and 6" PVC. I ended up having to clamp the guide against the pipe with a clamp, but the cuts I made with a handsaw were perfect. If you need to work in tight spaces or have cuts that need to get right the first time, consider one of these. I think the money is well spent.

Pros
  • Four pipe marking tools in one, now one tool for all your marking needs. Saddle cut, 45 degrees, 22-1/2 degrees and 90 degrees.
Cons
  • Working Speed
