Merino wool is best.

I bought this as a base layer for motorcycling on cold days. Merino wool is ideal for this - it doesn't sting, it insulates well. They were reasonably priced, excellent quality, correct thickness and delivered fairly quickly. They fit properly, don't bulge or stretch. Really well done. Both the seller and the manufacturer are very responsive.

THE BEST Clothing, shoes and jewelry

I am a 60 year old female, very active with our Samoyed and love the outdoors. The reason I buy men's is the length (I have long legs). I now have 6 pairs of these (in different colors) and wear them as leggings at home during the winter and even when it's warm outside (cold winters in Wisconsin). They are so cozy, thick and warm. I will not wear any other brand again!

  • Easy to use

Overrated and overpriced.

I think they are overpriced and overpriced. First, let me say that I ride my bike year-round on a Midwestern college campus, so I have a lot of different base layers and experiences with cold weather. The quality seems good but the insulation I get for the weight and price just isn't worth it. I have 30/70 wool/poly pants and they are much better windproof and insulating. These 100% wool pants only outperform my other base layers in terms of moisture wicking and faster drying times. Which isn't

Comfortable at different temperatures.

Glad to have warm pants just before the temperature drops below -20C. I ride an electric scooter quite comfortably at -5°C. My wife doesn't worry about me anymore :). I feel much more comfortable compared to typical wool thermal pants. Not hot in warm weather and not cold in severe winters. I think they will last a few more years so it's worth buying. I buy jeans 32/32 (EU), size M fits me. I want to try on a warm shirt. I liked the packaging and the sticker inside.

  • Underwear

They work great! I can't stop wearing them and they still don't smell.

Meriwool is great! Ideal for multi-day hikes or hikes, it's not just long underwear or "long johns". I wear them alone and sometimes with boxer shorts. I use them as a base layer and also wear shorts over them. They are very warm in the cold and not that hot when the sun comes out. The first pair I bought I wore without a shower for a few days and put them aside. A few days later, after I showered, they still smelled like new, so I put them on for a few more days without showering. Merino wool…

Overrated and overpriced.

I think these prices are too high. First, let me say that I ride my bike year-round on a Midwestern college campus, so I have a lot of different base layers and experiences with cold weather. The quality seems good but the insulation I get for the weight and price just isn't worth it. I have 30/70 wool/poly pants and they block the wind and insulate much better. These 100% wool pants only outperform my other base layers in terms of moisture wicking and faster drying times. Which isn't much…
