Great pair of shoes! My 4 year old wore it during our week long trip to Yellowstone. During this trip it snowed, it rained, then it got very hot and dry. In fact, we survived all 4 seasons in one week. These shoes are waterproof and will keep your feet dry when it's not raining. The traction was fantastic and my son rode the whole area really well. FINALLY A SHOE WITH PROTECTOR! I've been disappointed in toddler athletic shoes that don't have a tread.
