Does not meet Metabo standards.

I have several Metabo angle grinders, but unfortunately this straight grinder does not meet their requirements. I compared Metabo with Makita GD0800C. vibrates much more than the Makita. So much so that I put the Metabo on the table at speed 4-6 and it literally vibrated off the table while the Makita stayed in place at the same speed. FOR A MONTH! Now

Made in Germany so the switches, cord and strain relief are first class and obviously no tear stains from slave labour. Even better, when you open the box it smells like a new tool, not the toxic waste like everything that comes out of China. The engine and electronic controls work smoothly. The tool is very powerful. Use both hands and get ready. It is able to work with detail if you pay attention to the direction of the cut. I've used it to flux clean big, thick, unsightly welds, so it worked
