The box was obviously open when it arrived. When I opened the box it looked like it was second hand. It was dirty from someone else's hands. I really liked the adjustable speed as it worked like my dremel. The problem was that the collet didn't hold the dies in place and they kept falling out. Comes with forged wrenches, not stamped steel. Nice gesture. Very smooth running with no measurable runout on straight 1/4" shaft. Tested with a cut-off wheel, left a very smooth surface. I'm happy with the good price and fast painless delivery. This is a true variable speed die grinder (unlike the Bosch DG250C which is also available from Revain so BEWARE it is mislabelled). But I am disappointed with the Metabo collet system. Of course I set that to the special tool, but it was immediately apparent that the collet wasn't working quite right.
