Metal Pegboard Strip Garden Organizer Review

I recently cleaned out my garage and bought this perforated metal shelf to help organize my large garden tools. They are amazing! They look exactly like the picture, are easy to assemble and perfect for their purpose. I wish it had more hooks so I can hang more tools, but that's a bit iffy. I will probably end up ordering more. Highly recommended!

It works great but my husband had to use his own larger drywall anchors instead of the ones that came with the dowel strip. We didn't have hairpins here. The anchors they gave (little blue anchors) couldn't support the weight of the pen strip. He noticed that he already had the same size screws in the drywall anchor pack, but they mated with much larger anchors, so he tried these out. After that he got up normally and remembered everything! I would buy again.

I love this rack for hanging shovels, rakes, brooms, etc. in our garage. The included handle mounts work well for heavier items like shovels. I've used 1/4 inch hooks to hang other items and they work too. Slotted mounts attach more securely to the band than 1/4" pin hooks. The dowels supplied with the strips were not sufficient. I had to remove most of the strips and reattach them with heavier dowels. Finding the right anchor is a little tricky due to the 3/4 inch gap between the wall and the…
