Metal Products Company Nonstick Bakeware Review

We bought 10 and baked cheesecakes for unexpected New Year's treats! Added a nice bow and it was the perfect Christmas gift! Good quality and durable for on the go! We've taken them to a few parties and family gatherings and they're reasonably priced to keep. Hooray!

The first one I received was cracked so it wouldn't snap into place. After the replacement, the base has completely bent. Luckily the replacement didn't require a return so I was able to put a good top together with a good base without having to replace it again. But 2/2 of the product is broken? I don't really think that will last

When my previous cake stand from my little niece broke, I immediately wanted another one. This is one of the best things I've bought for myself because it's given me a great way to make a lot of the desserts I've baked. My second lasted 5 years. I bought this last August after owning it for about 3 months. Already broken. One of the fasteners connecting the top to the bottom broke and fell off. This is really unacceptable.

This is the second wrapper of this type. I don't know how old the first one has been since I bought it on sale but it has served me well for many years. Eventually, as others have noted, the staples broke (I kept using them until there was only one left) and their base was relegated to reheating the pizza. Good for cake or Bundt cake. Check the maximum diameter of your cake pan if it has handles as it fits mine snugly.

The frying pan itself was strong and easy to clean but on the lid the clamps were very cheap and broke a week after giving birth. Seriously, whoever designed this lid smoked a little because you're not using cheap plastic to attach a heavy cake to this pan! I would pay more money if they remade lid clips out of food grade aluminum instead of cheap Chinese plastic, extremely disappointed when I bought 4 of these, don't try to contact the company they won't call you back, I've tried and no reply…

On the rare occasion that I carry a cake to lunch, this tote works well, although I wouldn't risk carrying it by the handles, which are quite flimsy. I don't care about a non-stick coaster because if you cut something on it it's going to scratch it badly. I placed my cake on a round cardboard pan before placing it on the floor because none of the plates I had would fit in. Another possible problem were the clips that attached the lid to the base. You find yourself entering the age where your new favorite toy is a goddamn cupcake pod. It's really awesome. I love the fact that once you've baked a cake, you can take it with you anywhere, cut it up and serve it on the table from below. I also love that the handle doubles as closable airholes, so you can leave the airholes open or closed depending on what you've been doing. travels well There aren't any dimples or anything on the bottom to hold the cake in place, so it might not be perfect…

Don't buy this if you don't want it to look like it should be a great product but not because someone else has decided I think so , it should save pennies and attach the four clips on the lid to the bottom panel. There are four of these clips and they work fine until (I mean until) the two very small pieces of plastic holding the top of the panel break. It took a few uses before the first one broke, and a few more for the second. Now I have two out of four that aren't broke, or two out of four…
