Perfect for my wife's Honda

Dashboard kit perfect for the car. My mechanic installed it and the stereo looks great. My wife gets compliments on the new stereo and dashboard. Thanks very much!

saved me money! best car electronics accessory

You can buy the same product from Best Buy at a higher price and since this is the only double din kit for my car it wasn't difficult. Arrived quickly with no problems. Fits as expected.

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • High price

The instructions were good but they seem easy to remove.

Perfect color match. The instructions were good but it seems easy to remove the existing bezel when it is actually very difficult. Also, you will not be prompted to move the clips from the old device to the new one. With more detailed instructions it would have been 5 stars.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Good overall, but...

Decent fit and finish although feels light

Overall fit and finish is fine. Installed in a 2010 Honda Fit Sport and there are a few gaps where it doesn't match the dash and the plastic doesn't feel like the original but it's certainly better than sticking with the old radio. The installation instructions were fine, but I ended up looking online for installation videos and everything came up much easier. No rattling after a few thousand miles and no blemishes in the finish, but probably not enough time has passed to tell if it will look…

Good enough but not perfect

Pretty easy DIY installation process. I don't do this type of work very often and I was able to get it done in just over an hour. It comes with instructions that are really clear and helpful to take apart the old one and install the new one. Read them carefully before you begin. A few minor flaws: The color and fit didn't match the rest of my dashboard perfectly (2011 Fit Sport). The gray is a few shades away and doesn't match the original either. It's close enough for me. Also, I want it to…

Questionable color match but great fit.

Yes, slightly lighter than OEM color. Simply remove the glove box top cover and paint it along with Plastidip. Serious. It looks very similar to the texture and color of the dashboard. Apply some UV sealant all over the dash and they will blend together really well. I had no problems installing the passenger airbag light or the hazard warning button. PS, take out every other clip or so before reinstalling. So when you inevitably open it up again to install a backup camera or finally hook up…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not as thick as others

Pros: Color match is near perfect. Pros and cons listed above, this is a well made piece. It fits perfectly in my 2013 FIT. It looks really good and I couldn't be happier. Installing the radio is a little tricky so if you don't have the patience I wouldn't try it. Since I have big hands, the tools didn't fit in. Other than that, it only took me 35 minutes for the entire "disassembly and installation” part. Watch a YouTube video about the Honda Jazz/Fit and I'll show you how to get rid of it…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Minor issues

Decent fit and finish despite the low weight
