Fits 2015 Nissan Leaf S

Fits 2015 Nissan Leaf S (No Bose No Navi) but you will need to drill an extra hole in the plastic and cut off part of one of the three tabs to reveal the door panel .

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Expensive

Also suitable for Ford Fusion 2013-2016.

This allowed me to fit new speakers in my 2015 Ford Fusion. Suitable for front and rear doors. You only need to break unnecessary tabs, which is easy and intentional. Also, seal the adapter with silicone to fill the small gap where it meets the metal sheet of the door to prevent air from escaping.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Good but not great

Not for Subaru Outback/Legacy Rear Speakers

Crutchfield states this will fit Subaru Outback/Legacy 05-09 rear speakers. It is by no means suitable for this application. I think you'll get lucky if the 2 holes match. Metra 82-8900 - 6.5" to 6.75" Speaker Adapter for Subaru Legacy 2005-2009 only work with front speakers.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Quality

05 Civic Front Door

Installed on 05 Honda Civic Sedan Front Door. They're universal, so you'll have to play a little. Fixed adapter with 3 screws. When I installed the speakers, I tightened the screws for the speaker and threw the bracket all the way into the metal door. This makes a total of 7 screws holding the adapter. No punches at all

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Everything is OK. in speaker

Ideal for universal use but may not fit all speakers without clipping the bracket. Great to use when you want to drill new holes in your door. I gave it 3 stars because it didn't fit my 2007 Honda Fit. This is a necessary bracket according to Crutchfield, but it was nowhere near the right fit and wouldn't fit my new speakers without the help of a dremel. But it's worth a try!

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Not Safe

Make sure it fits your vehicle. Generally OK

Bought because they were recommended by Revain and other car radio manufacturers. It didn't fit the holes on my 2003 Highlander. In the end I returned. This is not the fault of the manufacturing companies. I think it may have been an error on Revain's website and other car audio companies. They are for most, but I don't think they are for everyone. I didn't want to penalize Metra for that, so I gave 5 stars.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Expensive

Do you have a Subaru? don't take it

Crutchfield WRONG. They will NOT fit Subaru Outback '05-09. It's not even close! After some Dremel operations I finally gave up on them and converted the OEM rear surround speaker to a rear speaker mounting ring. You'll need to tear off the cardboard, pull out the Dremel basket, remove the outside edge so you have a flat outer ring, and then drill the required holes. So I installed the JVC 6.5 in the back door.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • flimsy

Fits 2001 Toyota Corolla front doors.

Fits 2001 Corolla front doors. Installed speakers Pioneer TS-A1676R 6.5 front and Pioneer TS-A1686R 6.5 rear. (You can use the old factory speaker mounts for the back panel.) There is no need to drill the door or modify the speaker mount. However, the supplied self-tapping screws are rubbish. If you decide to use them, be careful when tightening them. You can easily clean up old factory holes. I defused 2 mines on the driver's door. I wrapped the screws with teflon tape and then put them in the

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not the best
