I love that we can see what our customers are buying, when they're purchasing it etc! It's also very easy to use - even for someone with no IT experience or training at all!! The only thing is sometimes there isn't much info in certain fields which makes me think twice about where i'm putting things down but overall its been great so far. The ease of use, ability to filter data by specific criteria (elevation) with drill-down abilities is very helpful when using this tool for our clients' projects in India!
