Mettler Metrosene 100% Core Spun Polyester Thread in Olive Drab - 165 yd, High-Quality Sewing Thread Review

Product was delivered as advertised and on time, what can I say about the yarn. . . Indeed. I mean it works and that's all that matters.

The diameter of the thread and the size of the bobbin was smaller than I expected which was my fault but the thread itself and the delivery time was fine.

This thread color is not olive gray. Not even close. It's also a sad amount of yarn for the price, obviously I knew that when I bought it but was hoping it would go better with my 1967 really olive cotton fabric (see photos) as I have a thin olive thread needed -grey color. The photos show a comparison between Mettler Metrosene (orange spool) and Gutermann 774 (white spool). Both strands are 100% 50 gauge polyester.
