I have used these to replace Eaton switch covers in railway electronics, they are just as good as Eaton and cost a lot less!

^ They snap pretty hard. They feel very cheap. But they hold up great. I probably wouldn't use them for my F-18's start switch or the coolant tank drain switch on my personal fusion reactor. But cool for a show car.

I only needed one but got five. Excellent protective cover of the mug. High quality and well built. Strong spring resistance. Fits perfectly. Can easily bend the metal frame which is perfect for my application as my switch is mounted on the curve of my dash. But it will hold up more than well on flat surfaces.

When they engage the spring is strong enough to move the switch down, there is a plastic cover built into the design that causes this. I had to cut it out with a dremel to make it usable. This might not be a problem for some purposes, but it's very easy to accidentally slam the lid shut and turn off whatever you're using.
