Grabs and holds tight

Great magnet, compact, durable and strong. strong enough to pull this skateboard out of 8 inches of muck at the bottom of a lake

Pros
  • Very strong and functional. Use them to hold auto upholstery pieces, etc.
Cons
  • I wish it was an 1" bigger circumferencely speaking

We got a shopping cart!

So we started with a smaller magnet and instantly wanted a larger one because there were a lot of things that it couldn't lift. We are surrounded by lakes so we went to a local one and instantly felt something very heavy. Now, I'm not sure if this is the most accurate review because we are pretty sure that the magnet got caught on the bar and required a lot of strength to pull up, but as you can see, my boyfriend pulled up a shopping cart.

Pros
  • I didn't buy it for fishing but it does a great job sticking to a side of a metal cabinet.
Cons
  • May not work as well in shallow water

Nice magnet, but not as strong as advertised

So my biggest issue is that the item doesnt lift what it advertised as for items, it has issues with small items that are heavy and god forbid if your using this to magnet fish, maybe i got a bad item, but just be aware of the weight limit isnt what it seems

  • The kit is user-friendly and suitable for all ages, making it a great bonding activity for families or groups of friends
Cons
  • Could potentially interfere with underwater geological studies

Top unscrews from Magnet easily

I like the strength that this magnet has but the top unscrews from the magnet so if you don’t check it after each throw it may unscrew and the magnet may be lost.

Pros
  • The compact size of the kit makes it easy to store and bring along on fishing trips or outdoor excursions
Cons
  • May not be effective on items buried deep in sediment
