It seems more expensive. If it doesn't sound right, your receiver sucks or you haven't set it up correctly. Ideal for small to medium-sized rooms. I don't know why Revain is asking about the quality of the bass in the review - this is not a subwoofer and is rated for 60Hz-20kHz so there isn't and shouldn't be any 'bass'. Make sure you use it with other Micca speakers - the center channel should match L/R.

The speaker is surprisingly good. I bought mb42-c to compare and you can definitely see the difference. I saw a new Amazon Black Friday promotion so I bought this speaker for $42.
