Multiple uses: road flare, emergency beacon, marine applications, camping and outdoors. 12 LEDs total (6 red and 6 white); runs up to 100 hours. 360° visibility up to 1 mile. IP67 waterproof, floats, and submersible up to 1m for 30 minutes. Shatterproof, crush proof and rainproof and Non-flame producing flare. Excellent Quality: Emergency Strobe Lights

Excellent quality product. I wish it was 2 packs for the price but the quality is great. I will buy more if the price goes down. Update - I have used the product twice in the last two months. It saved several lives tonight. There was a car accident on a dark road at 45 miles per hour. I put it in the back of the last car and passers-by stood, you could see it from afar and the cars stopped and slowed before crashing into the last car. Batteries leaked everywhere. With every lamp I've bought.

Michelin should be ashamed to associate its name with these units. Both sets of three I bought had acid leaking throughout the inside of the packaging. There are batteries in separate units and all were slightly damaged. Absolutely the worst batteries I've ever seen. Not a real Philips. Chinese scrap brand. Unused in packages or lanterns but leaking. Damaged a flashlight and also the storage bag in both sets of 3. The flashlights themselves (with new batteries) are good, but it looks like…

This is a modernized model that has become more durable and durable. Worth the price.

I was impressed with the build quality and thought it was worth the money. It came with quality Philips batteries and started working right out of the box. It is DOT approved and used by some government agencies according to their website. They even have a video of him getting hit by a big car and not collapsing. Expensive but bright

Significantly more expensive than comparable LED lights in this category but also much brighter with long battery life thanks to the use of AA batteries (included) instead of the smaller AAA batteries used in many competing products. Lightning bolts are also physically larger than others. It includes an all-white LED mode (white LEDs are on the top of the device, red on the edges) that can be useful when repairing roadside roads.
