Ready light comes on and unit beeps when it first warms up, but stays on until unit is turned off. No matter how many waffles I make. I just have to guess when the waffles will be ready. I had to figure out how long to cook based on trial and error.

Pros: You can make six small waffles at once. and the size is perfect because it creates a very crispy waffle on the outside and a gooey marvel on the inside. We highly recommend purchasing the Golden Waffle Mix to look exactly like Mickey's waffles from Disney's Carnation Cafe on Main Street. Cons: I don't think there are any!

My wife got this waffle maker as a gift last Christmas (December 2020). We've used the waffle maker about a dozen times since then. She was very happy with the waffle maker and the way she made the waffles. However, the last time she used it over the weekend, the hinge broke (Photo 1).
