Appears to be of good quality on Bottle Jacks

There are a number of very similar pumps on the market; It's a good price and appears to be well made. However, there is absolutely no guide: what is a filler plug? The one behind or the one next to the exhaust valve? How do I check the correct oil level? I also connected it without oil and now I want to equalize the level in the pump. The screw on the back is normally used to bleed the pump, but the sticker says the pump should be used with the screw loose. This is a bit confusing; Not a big…
