Works great. There was some difficulty with zooming, but that was user error. It's truly plug and play, no need to install any software, just select the camera as your video selection in the Zoom meeting where you start the video. Connected the laptop to the TV and used the audio from the TV and the audio was great. Made the big meeting a breeze.

The first cam was a clear return with scratches on the front. the second replacement hd was ok, but the sound lasted 2 hours when trying to turn up the volume. Windows 10 settings at 100% but the microphone (or rather the software) is barely audible. You need to download a video player to set up the camera, not just a driver.
