We had 2 Logitech G430 headphones with microphone and both broke. Because of that, we wanted to get less bulky stand-mic headphones in hopes they wouldn't be swapped out as often. The permanent microphone proves excellent and surprisingly does not interfere with gaming. It's easy to set up and works well. Friends stated that they could hear us much more clearly than with the built-in microphone in our old headphones.

I was impressed with the quality of this microphone for its price. Likewise the supplied accessories. Installation was literally "plug and play" in seconds. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that they sell it for gaming and video conferencing, but my input is 100% off and people keep complaining that they can't hear me well. The microphone is quite well made for its price. I can't speak for other mics in this price range or cheaper. The only thing I would have liked about this microphone is the screen. If the tube attached to the screen was more adjustable so it wouldn't fall off, I'd appreciate it. Currently you have to position the screen in a certain way to prevent it from falling.

This is a single condenser mic so you'll need to put it the right way up. Point the logo at you, angle it at a 45-degree angle so your voice ripples through it, and hold your mouth about 12 inches away. If you speak from the wrong side it will come off low, which I think happens to some other reviewers.

Due to the pandemic, my job forces me to hold a lot of meetings on a large scale, so I've been looking for a microphone for quite some time. I'm glad I stumbled across this 1, it's perfect for my needs. I love that it blocks out background noise and makes my sound crystal clear. This is a very well made and high quality microphone. I just wish it had a built in headphone jack, but overall I'm happy with my purchase.
