That's exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to use and suitable for a variety of bowls. The only downside is that they don't sell it in multiple sizes.

Less desirable but better for cauliflower than a grater. Much less messy and easy to clean. I recommend a cut-resistant glove for all graters. This grater is really sharp. I also like that it's at least partly made in the USA.

We bought these to replace the flat grater that has been around for over 20 years (and been successful). Within two weeks, my husband, an experienced chef, seriously injured three fingers. I think the problem lies in the shape of the individual holes in the grater. They are square instead of rounded and therefore offer more resistance than other graters. As a result, you have to try harder. Which leads to decreased performance and increased risk of injury. We threw away the grater.

I also have a smaller hand grater that I use for garlic. I was looking for a large and thick grater for making pancakes and potato pancakes. That fits the bill. BUT . You must have strong and careful hands because you will break your thumb or finger. I'm a tall male with medium to large hands, and mastering the passage of a potato on the blades is fairly easy for me. before . You will receive a smaller vegetarian size. Remember that the blades are sharp and can cut off a piece of skin!
