No need. in Computers & Accessories

Yes, it's a bit pricey and the touchpad is tiny. But it works very well. Printing is easy and very convenient. The keys click and click like you'd expect from a regular keyboard, they just don't move as much. Spacing is good, I don't hit the wrong keys anymore than when using a regular keyboard. I like the material that covers it, I'm guessing it's some kind of suede microfiber. Feels very smooth and has the added benefit of not slipping the surface in the car if I place the seat cover face…

Expensive but works well for keyboards

Let's get the obvious part out of the way. yes it is expensive Yes, it's a bitter pill to swallow when it costs a significant fraction of the price of an entire computer. But that money doesn't just fill Microsoft's pockets. You are buying a really high quality product. In fact, the price is the only downside I can find with this keyboard. This is a new keyboard model with improved key layout. The magnetic closure that secures the keyboard to the PC is exceptionally strong. . While I don't…

Will only get better as the Surface series matures.

When I first showed this product to my local Best Buy I thought I was going to hate it. Everything changed when I pulled it out of the mail and used it for the first time. Typing is great, the keycaps are incredibly spaced for such a small keyboard, and the keys have a satisfying *click*. The backlight is great for use in the dark, the brightness of which can be changed (I still keep it full). The trackpad is smooth and big enough for me to navigate easily. , dislikes uneven backlighting as…

Finally. . . Perfect Keyboard and Case for My Surface 3

After being a die-hard Android tablet user for over 5 years, I decided to try the Windows tablet mainly because I use Silver Light for my work and Android does not support him. I was trying to save some money by buying a Bluetooth keyboard to fit the Microsoft Surface 3. After spending hours (I mean 10+ hours) reading reviews of various keyboards, I bought two different brands for $35. -40 area. Neither works as it should. It either didn't connect or I had to disconnect and reconnect every time

Best keyboard/lid hybrid I've ever used!

I just bought a Surface 3 Type Case for my new Surface 3 and it's my favorite keyboard and case combo at the moment. I have a few different ones for different tablets like the Kindle Fire and this thing is light years ahead. It's super light. It's almost hard to believe it includes a working keyboard as I have regular cases that weigh more than this thing. The keyboard is just fantastic. It has just enough pressure to feel like a regular keyboard, and it actually has that kind of jelly-like…

Expensive accessory

I've had the Surface 3 Type Cover for a few months now and I have to say it's just not worth the money. It's great as a cover. It connects to a good latch, the magnet is strong and I don't see anything wrong with it other than the price! My problem is with the keyboard and I used my old Logitech K480 bluetooth keyboard which works much better than this one for about a quarter of the price. This keyboard feels cheap, makes a lot of noise and, worst of all, lags a bit severely when typing…

Keyboard not for Surface Pro 3

How can I give more than one star for receiving the wrong item when the supplement clearly shows and advertises the correct one? What I received was an inch keyboard. shorter in width (side-to-side) and half an inch narrower (from the connection to the tablet to the extreme free edge of the keyboard) than the Surface Pro 3's keyboard. In addition, there is no magnetic connection to the base of the tablet, which allows the keyboard to tilt slightly when attached for easier typing, and searching…
