The item I received was a gift for my friend and that is what he received. That's rough. Disgusting. All buttons and everything else in white. I spent more money than if I went to the store and bought it which is gross.

Product says Factory Refurbished. Had not. It came with an analog joystick that was broken with no return spring. Completely useless. This controller has never been repaired. It stayed intact and broken.

The remote I received had a gray base and buttons, not quite black as I expected. All buttons show clear signs of wear. Under the joysticks is very dirty and the A button with the main sticks. When trying to loosen the button, I stuck a nail into the straps and scraped off a lot of dirt, but the button kept sticking. However, the controller still works. I haven't used it other than a nightly Netflix marathon. So my opinion has plenty of time to deteriorate.

The controller was used and dirty. Packed in a plastic bag with a barcode sticker. The buttons were sticky and the left analog stick barely registered. I wiped a lot of dirt off the controller and around the buttons. After some grooming with 91% alcohol and some cotton swabs, I was able to get the analog stick working just fine. The controller looked like new. There was no indication that this was a refurbished product other than that it was not in the original packaging. It was perfectly clean and looked and felt like it had never been used. It came with new Duracell AA batteries, instruction manual and battery case. When I turned on the controller everything seemed fine; However, it never connects wirelessly. My other wireless controllers connect with no problems.
