My husband and I love them very much. I love to put a bowl of soup in my hugger on a chilly evening and eat in front of the TV. This allows us to guide the hot bowl to our mouth so we don't spill it all over the place. Love it! I almost forgot, this is also great because you can use it to take the hot bowl out of the microwave.

I'm not involved in enough criminal activity to burn my fingerprints, but it seems I'm trying to do just that, taking a bowl of soup out of the microwave. Well, not anymore! These bowls protect my fingers from the boiling heat that a microwave oven can give off. An added bonus, these bowls make it easier to keep that bowl of ice cold just waiting to hit my stomach.

I eat a lot of soup in the winter. I recently used my new bowl hooker for the first time. The soup was hot when I took it out of the microwave, but I was able to take it out of the microwave very easily and conveniently because the bowl rack wasn't hot. I heated the bowl (in the hagger) for 3 minutes at 80% power and then another minute at 100% power.
