These filters were OEM filters at a very good price. The problem was that they came in an envelope not a box and were badly bent. I had to send them back.

I searched a long time for this item until I found it here, it fits my microwave perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase and arrived on time. Excellent value for money I paid for two. Ease of installation.

I don't know if it will fit my GE hood type microwave as it was sent in a paper envelope and was so bent and deformed that it couldn't fit. get in the slot. Spent a bit more for one that actually worked!

The filter was shipped in bubble wrap without anti-kink protection. The frame is made of thin aluminum that is bent in various places. It doesn't sit flush in the vent due to the curves. Don't waste your money on this poor quality product.

I don't know why we didn't replace it sooner. We have had a microwave for almost 10 years now and we have cleaned the old one many times but it gets warped and rough. I hooked up the exhaust system to the vent so it catches a lot of the oil and grease before the fumes are blown out. Very glad we ordered this.

Not what I ordered, not what was pictured. You sent the wrong product. I'm not sure if it's their standard practice to ship the wrong items. Note for people who want to change their filter. I have found that you can easily clean it with boiling water and baking soda. The tutorial is available on YouTube and Pinterest. Do not buy these filters. - They send them envelopes so they are completely deformed. That alone should show you how much they care about their product. Filter holes to keep things out of the fan. The hole is at least twice as wide as my original filter. Pass lubricant through a filter. Will no longer be from this seller. Hopefully future customers will take this game one step further.

We then went to a local supplier and the price was outrageous, they said we could get it cheaper. Rather than trying to find the exact model number, be sure to measure the filter size you need to make sure it's a 13 3/8 x 5 7/8 x .16 inch grease filter acts. My GE microwave model number was listed with a 4 inch wide filter which would not fit the 5 7/8 wide filter I have. Apparently the same GE microwave oven model can fit more than one type of fan shroud configuration.
