Easy popper and no added chemicals!

It's almost as convenient as store-bought microwave popcorn bags, but a lot healthier for you. Well, at least you know what you're doing in or on the corn. I use about 1 tablespoon canola oil with 1/4 cup popcorn. There are two cons and the first may be user error on my part as 1/4 cup causes the lid to bulge and not all corn pops. Secondly, cleaning is not difficult, but cleaning the corners when using oil is negligible. However, I like it very much. As long as it's worth the money!

Burns 100% popcorn!

I don't know what people do to make popcorn work in this thing, but our popper is a waste of money. Our 1100W microwave oven, according to the instructions, should make popcorn in 1 1/2 to 2 minutes at full power. We have the first core appears only after 1 minute 20 seconds. After 2 minutes, the cores will begin to burst periodically, and after 2 minutes 30 seconds they will slow down. We turn off the microwave, and all the grains burn like coals. The problem is that there is no single…

Great little popcorn maker and very easy to use!

The popcorn machine works GREAT! The kernels were really nice and fluffy. But two things you might want to know: 1. The package says to use ¼ cup of popcorn, but that's probably too much. There was at least a tablespoon of unopened seeds at the bottom of the popper, and the popper itself was completely full. The second time I used it I put in 3 tablespoons and it was still full to the top but with a few unopened seeds at the bottom. Next time I'll try 2 tablespoons and see what happens. There's

Best Revain Popcorn Maker - Fast, Easy & Convenient - Perfect Gift

I originally bought this Microwave Silicone Popcorn Maker as a gift for a friend (healthy nut) as I already have an air popper but I liked it I liked it so much that I kept it and ordered another one. This one is much easier to use; simply place 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels in a container, cover, microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes, carefully remove lid to avoid steam, and enjoy! Removed quickly. My air popper is much larger and heavier, takes longer to pop the popcorn, makes a bit of a mess, and is…

Love it. I didn't give it 5 stars because the size is a bit tight in the microwave (medium model). Because the material is flexible, it's difficult to grab the hot container to pull it out of the microwave and remove it when it's full of pips. The popcorn output wasn't always consistent, but I'll attribute it to experimenting between using microwave-safe glassware (recommended) and removing it (I don't recommend it) to make it easier to get the popper out of the microwave. Overall I enjoy using

Fiction! suitable for small appliances

This popcorn maker is very easy to use. You pop in 1/4 cup of popcorn, close the lid, pop in the microwave, set popcorn and you're good to go. I recommend stopping and listening, because if there's more than a few seconds between each pop, the popcorn is done. You don't want to burn it. The popcorn maker is very hot when you remove it from the microwave, so I recommend using oven mitts to remove it from the microwave. Also, when you take the lid off, it gets very hot if you don't wait a few…

Fantastic microwave popcorn maker!,

- air popcorn - no oil required - 2 liter capacity from Cestari Kitchen) and I have to say I'm very happy with it! The microwave popcorn maker works very well and is very easy to use! This is a good size popcorn. about the same amount of popcorn as one of those microwave popcorn bags. which is nice. And once you have a rough idea of how long to use your particular microwave (since the correct heat-up time varies from one microwave to the next), making popcorn becomes a breeze. I would recommend

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

The popper will work well or burn depending on the power of your microwave so you will need to make adjustments. Check the labels on the front or back of the microwave oven. Listen to how long it takes to slow down the pops, probably the time it takes to cook. If it's still on, reduce the power level. Most microwaves have a power level button. Press the time you want, then the power level, then 50 for 50%, 70 for 70% etc. We have a 1200w oven as stated on the front of the microwave and ended up
