Good Enough - Floor Mats and Boot Covers

Bike may still move left to right due to missing fork straps. never mind I have 2 bikes and 1 bike pad. I prefer the area with 1 bike as the 2 bikes are too close together and the bikes overlap :( Rubbing the tailgate and the other bike.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Replacement Availability

Great concept - floor mats

I bought this pad for when I ride alone but it doesn't adequately cover my rear movement. I noticed tire marks on the trunk paint. should be able to polish it, but sadly I won't be using it anymore. Although the quality is great! Very easy to install and the padding is of good thickness.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Periodicity

Doesn't protect tailgate

I've just removed this item from my tailgate as it has been on my truck since I got this product a few months ago - there is a huge dent on top of my tailgate where is the clockwork is The clevis of my mountain bike touched the pad - the pad didn't protect my truck like it should. This is very disappointing as I now have a very large and unsightly dent on my beautiful truck.

Cons
  • Nothing

Okay, but maybe not for a road bike?

Great and quick solution for transporting a road bike on the back of my 2017 Tacoma. Not sure if it's really intended for road bikes as the fit is a bit loose and my bike will tip over if not secured with additional straps (bungee cords). Removing the floor mat from my truck body also helps because without the floor mat the body ribs are visible. The bike's rear tire fits between two ribs on the back of the truck, which also helps keep my bike from moving.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Much cheaper tailgate trim for a bike. Not for e-bikes.

1. I have a wide tailgate at the top (Nissan Titan). The fairing fitted well, but the down tube fairing wanted to stay on top of the tailgate and not exactly on the edge where it was supposed to be. This is a copy of BomberStrap and the price and quality reflect that. You will need to attach a strap to the handlebars to prevent the tire from hitting/rubbing against the tailgate. Overall it's a bit flimsy for the price, but not bad. Just note that you will need to add some straps or spacers to…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • No automatic

You get what you pay for, decent quality with flaws

Product appears to be of decent quality. However, the material is thin. The top pad is relatively thick and seems to do its job quite well. It would be nice to see that it has a different outer material that is arguably more durable and less abrasive. It looks like the paint has worn off over time. Something like silicone grips and holds the bike without scratching it. The strap is ok but the loop is plastic which flexes a lot and is likely to break if you tug on it hard. The strap's padding…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Requires socket

Works well enough, would be great with settings.

For the money and a simple one bike option compared to a 6 bike platform for a quick solo ride it's pretty cool. Fits my new full size truck model with wide rounded doors. Stays in place and holds the bike well. I cut out an old yoga mat to put underneath to protect the gate from the tire and fork. I don't expect the collar strap to last long (see picture) but we'll see. If they made a few changes, it would be great: 1. Make the base platform wider. Maybe 6 inches on each side to hook the bar…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Vulgarity
