Miele Non Electric Hose End Review

Well made Miele hose end at 90 degrees. After 10 years of use, my old one broke, probably because I was pulling/dragging the vacuum cleaner by the hose. Reasonably priced it gave me more years for a very good canister vacuum.

I thought my 20 year old Miele cylinder vacuum was broken. But I found this part at Revain that broke on the vacuum cleaner and ordered it. That's great. I just stuck it on my car and started vacuuming! Very important.

I am very glad to have found this part to replace the one I broke after about 16 years of use. Spare parts for the S314 i Red Star are not easy to find. It was an original Miele product and I can use my vacuum cleaner again!

Firstly, it works with the Miele electric hose! That saves you $100. I called the supplier before purchasing to make sure. Easy to install and works as expected. I am so glad that I can solve the problem for a reasonable price. Be careful - most suppliers want you to buy a complete EXPENSIVE hose.

I have an old Miele and the end of the hose that connects to the vacuum has broken. I figured I'd have to throw out the vacuum, but as a last resort I decided to try this end of the hose. Ordered a replacement for a broken hose end on a very old Miele 230i. This hose end differs from the original part, but fits and makes the vacuum cleaner usable again. Although it fits, there is a 1/4 inch gap instead of sitting flush with the canister. It does not affect absorption.
