Wow these are strong.

Got these to hold tools to my woodshop power tools. They will hold pretty heavy tools like my square. They are thin and made with Neodymium, iron, and boron, so they can be on the brittle side. They hold some of my tools that are around 5 lbs. It's best to slide them apart instead of prying. Not kid friendly.

Pros
  • Dont let them touch together or youll never get them apart...
Cons
  • Neodymium magnets can be dangerous if they come into contact with electronics

Beware, these are strong magnets!

Worked quite well, but can be quite dangerous to separate from each other,I did work out a means to safely separate them andsafely keep them within the confines of prescription bottle caps.I would be happy to share this technique with you, if wanted.supallas@frontier.comI am a retired mechanical engineer, and do tend to try to solve problems as they come up. :-)

Pros
  • MIKEDE Neodymium magnets have a strong holding power that is unmatched by other types of magnets
Cons
  • The magnetized surfaces could stick together and become difficult to separate

beeeee careful, these things are strong!

beeeee careful, these things are strong! Pulled small amoung of skin from each thumb and hole in my pants when 2 of these magnets got me. Just a word of caution, they are very strong and should be handled carefully!

Pros
  • MIKEDE Neodymium magnets are perfect for use on magnetic surfaces such as whiteboards and refrigerators
Cons
  • The magnetic pull could cause harm if placed too close to other magnetic objects

Magnet souvenir board

Pros - magnetics are incredibly strong and worked well on my souvenir travel playing cards display. (comes with double sided adhesive pieces)Cons - I'm over 65 and could barely separate the magnets from each other. Maybe it was me but it took a good 10 minutes to separate one magnet from the others even with the little plastic separator. Maybe a little box with separator compartments? any way, once you separate one from the pack they are very strong.

Pros
  • The double-sided adhesive makes it easy to attach them to any surface quickly and securely
Cons
  • The magnets could interfere with medical devices

Wicked Strong Little Magnets - Handle with Care

I needed some magnets; I didn't particularly need strength (this is to trigger a magnetic sensor). I ordered cheap. Color me impressed, but I didn't know something this small could be this strong magnetically. These are not toys; these are serious.

Pros
  • These magnets are perfect for creating mini whiteboards or memo boards
Cons
  • The magnets could cause damage to appliances and electronics if placed too close

Work great for my purpose

I bought these to shut off fridge/freezer lights on a new french door LG fridge/freezer. These are the thinnest powerful magnets I could find. I used one adhesion dot to hang a magnet inside the freezer - so far the glue seems to hold in the cold damp environment. They are way more powerful than I expected - do be careful trying to re-stack them you could get your fingers pinched hard. Follow the instructions for removing magnets from the stack (here on amazon from the seller) and you won't…

Pros
  • MIKEDE Neodymium magnets are incredibly strong and can hold up to 12 pounds each
Cons
  • The magnets may not hold up well in high temperatures

Quality product: my feedback

These magnets are strong. They can be difficult to separate, unless you used the plastic rings in between. They WILL break if not handled properly. I normally don't let students use them unless carefully supervised. They are fascinating by magnets and will forget to handle them with "care". I lost 3 magnets with a student watching them "slap" together. Lesson learned by both of us.This does not mean they are low quality. In fact, they great quality. Don't judge quality based on the abuse the…

Pros
  • They are incredibly durable and can withstand years of wear and tear
Cons
  • The magnets may lose their strength if exposed to heat

Mega Strong Magnets

These are some strong magnets very strong. Ok it says on the box 'fragile' and they are. I broke one of them just putting it back onto the stack. It's so strong it snapped right outta my hand onto the stack of magnets cracking in half. Now that I know how strong they are you just have to be more careful. Will I buy them again? You betcha! They are some strong magnets.

Pros
  • They can be used in science experiments to demonstrate magnetic principles
Cons
  • The adhesive could damage some types of surfaces if removed

Strong. But incredibly brittle. Incredibly brittle.

You get a lot of them and they are really, really strong for their size. I bought them to help hold parts to the metal base on my drill press and it works great for that. I also put a couple in my daughter's bubble bottle so that it doesn't tip over when she's using it. Again, works great for that. The big downside is that these are incredibly brittle. They are so strong that they snap to anything metal and the force tends to break them. The shards of the magnet are sharp.

Pros
  • Don’t let them stick together or you might never get them apart,
Cons
  • The magnets may lose their strength over time

watch out, they'll bite you, they are very strong.

these were so difficult to separate, kept snapping back to attach to each other, or whatever you might have in your hand. 1 was broken in the box, another broke when I used brute strength to separate them.I am afraid to use them on the fridge, as they might pull the fridge away from the wall when I try to take one off.Have not tried the adhesive yet, my fingers are still sore from them snapping back to each other while I have them in my hand

Pros
  • Super strong
Cons
  • The magnets may be difficult to remove once they are placed

strong magnets in my review

bought a gazebo with a metal roof. really wanted solar lights to work in there, but HATE cords and the lights have to be staked in the ground OR do they? i bought these to put on the backs of the solar panel and magnetized them into to the roof. works great.

Pros
  • Unlimited Uses
Cons
  • The magnets could cause harm if swallowed

Strong, but not toys!

These little magnets are brutally strong for their quarter-like size. Not intended to be a toy, these powerful little magnets can easily pinch small (or adult) fingers very easily when initially slid out of their protective sleeve. A word to the wise- make sure to also slide the magnet back slowly and gingerly as they tend to jump quickly to the remaining magnets, and that is where the pinching comes in. So take the time to learn how to handle, then applications are endless! I use the 3M double

Pros
  • The double-sided adhesive ensures that they won’t damage surfaces when removed
Cons
  • The magnetic pull could cause harm if fingers get caught between surfaces

Mixed results for my opinion

To start with, the mags work great and are crazy strong for their size. That noted, the sticky pads are pretty worthless and the foam will literally tear apart under load. Even the "extreme" foam tape wouldn't hold and I ended up using epoxy. (horizontally mounted spice jars). Mags good, pads not so much. To give 3M their due, the foam failed, but not the adhesive which was a real pain to remove.

Pros
  • They are extremely versatile and can be used for a wide variety of applications
Cons
  • The magnets could cause harm if placed near pacemakers, electronic implants, or metal objects

Super Strong in my review

These are insanely strong for such little magnets! I pinched my fingers several times when pulling them apart. Once you get them apart, keep them separated on a carpet so they don’t randomly snap together! Good quality though which is great!

Pros
  • They can be used to hold up posters, maps, or other decorations
Cons
  • The adhesive may not be safe for food contact surfaces

Magnetizes but hardly

I got these for magnetic diy spice jars. The jars are only 3oz each and then spices which can’t weigh that much but putting one magnet on the inside of the lid it wouldn’t stick. I put the magnet on the outside of the lid and it sticks but slides. These don’t seem to be as strong as made out to be. They are strong when working together with multiple magnets but that’s not ideal for someone not wanting to or able to use more than one.

Pros
  • MIKEDE Neodymium magnets are small enough to fit in tight spaces, but still have enough strength to get the job done
Cons
  • The magnets may break if dropped or mishandled

Strong but not the size listed

The ones I received are 1.125", not 1.26". I use them in a product I sell and while they are still very strong and technically work, they aren't quite as strong as the larger ones and I don't want to risk unsatisfied customers.

Pros
  • They are great for creating fridge magnets or custom jewelry
Cons
  • The magnets may be difficult to separate once they are stuck together

Not strong enough to secure a tank bag

I have a motorcycle tank bag. I was hoping these would be stronger than the ones supplied.they were MUCH weaker. Ok for refrigerator duty.

Pros
  • Enclosed in metal so won’t crack and strong
Cons
  • The adhesive may leave residue on surfaces when removed

Plan on using more than you think

I found that if you tried to use as few as possible, they are likely to fail. I used them to hold up metal art posters. I increased the number of magnets and they have held.

Pros
  • works great
Cons
  • I would not buy them again. They break easily when try to separate.

Strong Little Discs of Fury!

So I originally got these to use as a stronger magnet for holding documents (Purchase orders that were awaiting invoices, purchasing lists, to-do requests, etc) at work. Where my desk is located, I have a shelf at about eye-level that has a metal crossbar, and it works as a spot to put stuff that I don't want to forget about. So I have this one magnet that is fine, until you start getting a few pages thick and then it doesn't work as well and I needed something with more oomph. I wasn't quite…

Pros
  • MIKEDE Neodymium magnets are made from high-quality, premium-grade materials
Cons
  • The magnets could interfere with devices that use magnetic sensors
